Baseworks Practice is structured into 4 modules with different physical prerequisites and learning objectives. All modules are taught in the same teaching methodology, ensuring a consistent learning experience. This workshop will offer an introduction to the foundation and structure of the method.

**Equally suitable for total beginners or experienced practitioners of any movement background.

** Baseworks practice is not designed only as a progression toward achievement. Whatever the proficiency, students are recommended to continue practicing at all the modules to inter-apply the methodology between each module.
