This “FUNDAMENTALS” course will introduce the foundational concepts of BASEWORKS Practice as a great practice to support physical health and well being.

Topics:

  • Introduction to the BASEWORKS Practice method
  • Practical breathing
  • Corrective alignment
  • Adaptive movement

Intended benefits:

  • Improved cardiovascular health
  • Improved joint health
  • Increase of strength
  • Increase of flexibility
  • Improved motor control
  • Increased range of motion

Course open to:

  • Those totally new to BASEWORKS Practice
  • Those with other movement practice experience including any type of fitness, martial arts, yoga and or dance  who have never experienced BASEWORKS Practice
  • Those who regularly practice BASEWORKS and would like to deepen their understanding

Baseworks is a movement approach that helps anyone better feel and understand the body while developing strength, flexibility, and better control over one’s movements.
