9 WEEKS: 70 HoursCapacity: 20 participantsThis immersion will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 80 movement forms from the FOUNDATION and ELEMENTS modules syllabus. Participants will also learn to understand perspective in practice across a variety of different archetypical references to movement practice that can be applied to any discipline.

Baseworks Practice is structured into 4 modules with different physical prerequisites and learning objectives. All modules are taught in the same teaching methodology, ensuring a consistent learning experience.
