Ksenia Asia Shcherbakova

Asia holds a Master of Science in Human Genetics and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology. As a research scientist, she studies the pro-cognitive effects of medium-chain triglycerides. As Baseworks director of research, her mission is to align method applications with neurobiological mechanisms to enhance efficacy and integrate them into exercise physiology, movement practices, and everyday life. Patrick Oancia

Musician, athlete, and educator Patrick founded Tokyo’s JayaDojo and YogaJaya in 2003, which have been recognized for their diverse programs for over two decades. He developed the Baseworks Method, integrating physical education with creative and perceptual skill-building. Patrick conducts international seminars to advance movement education, using technology for wider access and idea sharing. Full Bio>
