Strength, stretching, mobility, rehabilitation or isolated joint movements are conventional terms in the health industry. But each aspect on its own is not enough to properly inform sustainable outcomes and prolong healthy aging.

The Baseworks Form practice looks at the malleability of movement to fit personal circumstance.

In this VS we will explore a holistic approach to individualized practice utilizing several Baseworks Form as multifaceted containers to build from.

Participants will benefit from rediscovering the patterns that work best across a variety of circumstances and intensities. The outcome is always intended for how to use this intel to excel in any physical application.

This VS will be approximately 20% theory and 80% practice.

What are virtual Sessions?

Virtual Sessions are a “live” educational format offered on the Baseworks Practice Platform.

Whereas the Online Practice Sessions are designed to provide the opportunity to develop your practice through repetition, the Virtual Sessions are designed to provide real-time feedback and insight, which can then be re-applied during the Online Practice Sessions.

The level of interactivity in the Virtual Sessions is dependent on the interest/involvement of the participants and may vary from session to session.

Each virtual session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
