This immersion introduces some of the key movement principles. Each session will be a combination of practice, theory, and application, so as to fuse one’s understanding of the concepts with intended goals of movement principles.
We introduce tips on how to approach the Elements practice module. The key factors that constitute the practice will be highlighted through a selection of specific poses from the sequence to allow participants to deepen their understanding.
We will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 80 movement patterns from the FOUNDATION and ELEMENTS modules syllabus. Participants will also learn to understand perspective in practice across a variety of different archetypical references to movement practice that can be applied to any discipline.

We will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 120 movement forms from the STRATEGY module syllabus. Participants will put particular focus onto the importance of variations and moderation if intensity to reach optimal and sustainable gains.
