The image of what a proficient practice outcome looks like is often represented with an element of aesthetic awe.

Getting to any level of maximum proficiency however is always preceded by a lot of micro ah-ha moments combined with a failure or two. And they are often taken for granted.

The reality is that the development of a kick ass practice will be tough to sustain without the tedious and unforgiving examination of limitations and repetition to wire together the right neurons for effective motor learning patterning.

This VS session will deliver a tangible snapshot of how to use the Baseworks Method to facilitate paying closer attention to, devouring and learning to LOVE the micro-progressions as they happen. The outcome will be how to use this intel to excel in any physical practice.

This VS will be approximately 40% theory and 60% practice.

Whereas the Online Practice Sessions are designed to provide the opportunity to develop your practice through repetition, the Virtual Sessions are designed to provide real-time feedback and insight, which can then be re-applied during the Online Practice Sessions.

The level of interactivity in the Virtual Sessions is dependent on the interest/involvement of the participants and may vary from session to session.

Each virtual session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
