There is a strong focus on developing strength and stamina for all types of physical training. Much of this is centered on benchmarks for progress which are accompanied by the transformation of the physique. Although the body’s appearance may change the more you train it, it can be easy to become physique or strength centric when trying to hit those superhuman goals.
Bruce Lee used to say, “The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.
” I believe he meant that one needs to become a pure intuitive action, attuned to the surroundings without the limitation of self. This is intertesting considering many of the current paradigms in the movement, fitness, and personal development sectors are all about self-concsisousness.

Our framework breaks down how each action belongs to a holistic process of analysis and intention.
