Foundation Master Class looks at the fundamental aspects of the Baseworks Practice Method. Both new and experienced students will get some great tips that will clarify the purpose of developing physical prerequisites to match personal condition.
We introduce tips on how to approach the Elements practice module. The key factors that constitute the practice will be highlighted through a selection of specific poses from the sequence to allow participants to deepen their understanding.
Fuji Rock Festival is an annual rock festival, featuring more than 200 Japanese and international musicians, making one of the largest and most prestigious outdoor music events in the world. Baseworks workshops will be held at the “Pyramid Garden” stage area produced by Candle JUNE all 3 days.
We will look into how to effectively present oneself through good communication, composure and body language, in combination with execution of the Baseworks Teaching Methodology in a teaching environment.
NODAA is the Baseworks teaching framework. It’s a holistic approach, which looks at the whole system of the teacher-student interaction, involving the circumstances surrounding both the life of the teacher and the student. The framework presupposes that the teacher learns from the student as much as the student learns from the teacher.
We will introduces basic biomechanics principles used in Baseworks Practice.
We will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 80 movement patterns from the FOUNDATION and ELEMENTS modules syllabus. Participants will also learn to understand perspective in practice across a variety of different archetypical references to movement practice that can be applied to any discipline.
We will look into the anatomy and physiology of Baseworks Practice and the corresponding effect of movement on health in general.
2018 Baseworks Tier 1 Certification (BT1) Training TOKYO. Participants will work on a deeper analysis of the practice and how to impart it as a Baseworks certified teacher.
We will look into how to effectively present oneself through good communication, composure and body language, in combination with execution of the Baseworks Teaching Methodology in the form of courses, workshops, structured around the modular teaching model.
