During our visit to Colombia, Vanguardia, a Colombian newspaper with a century-old legacy, featured an announcement about our two public events.

The announcement mentioned the lecture on the topic of Autonomy, held at the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB), and the 2-day workshop focusing on the fundamentals of the Baseworks method.

The publication described Baseworks as an “innovative methodology that fuses physical and cognitive training to help understand and respect one’s physical and mental condition.” It also mentioned that the events were meant to highlight the importance of developing different types of body awareness (referring to our framework of the 3 types of body awareness) and control to manage stress, prevent injuries, modify habits, regulate emotions, understand ourselves and promote longevity.
