Montreal Practice Sessions — Fall 2026

Baseworks Practice Session
Share this event:

Guided practice. Eight Saturdays. October to November.

Description

Baseworks Practice Sessions are structured, instructor-led practice within the Baseworks Method. Each session is 70 minutes of guided movement — structured, precise, and focused on depth.

This is a seasonal format for Baseworks alumni and people who already work seriously with their body. The framework stays consistent across every session. What develops is your capacity to perceive and respond within it.

Sessions run weekly on Saturdays at Proto Studio in Mile End, Montreal, at the same time each week.

Booking will open soon. Please stay posted.
