This gratis Open Day offers a comprehensive introduction to the Baseworks Method. It combines movement practice with theoretical insights that explore how perception and action are intertwined in daily movement patterns, influencing creative thinking and professional performance. Participants will discover approaches to raising body awareness and physical and cognitive skills that can transform both physical practice and creative problem-solving.
What to expect
Our Open Day offers an opportunity to connect with others interested in the intersection of movement, cognition, and professional development through direct interaction with Baseworks developers and group discussions.
