This “FUNDAMENTALS” course will introduce the foundational concepts of BASEWORKS Practice as a great practice to support physical health and well being.

Course open to:

  • Those totally new to BASEWORKS Practice
  • Those with other movement practice experience including any type of fitness, martial arts, yoga and or dance  who have never experienced BASEWORKS Practice
  • Those who regularly practice BASEWORKS and would like to deepen their understanding

Baseworks is a movement approach that helps anyone better feel and understand the body while developing strength, flexibility, and better control over one’s movements.

BASEWORKS Practice Certified Teacher | BT3 | GCS Certified Coach Ken is a BASEWORKS Practice Tier 3 Certified Teacher (BT3). The practice has exposed Ken to perspectives completely different from his own preconceptions, both shocking and exciting him at once with a newly discovered possibility of learning to express elements of his identity drawn from deep within himself. Ken is the founder of lifestyle brand, Ken and Company and is presently pursuing interests in coaching.
