This 10 hour intensive will look basic biomechanics of movement and how it relates to Baseworks Practice

Topics Covered:

  • Definitions

  • Anatomical planes of motion

  • Center of Gravity and base of support

  • Modifiers of stability

  • Momentum

  • Reflex interactions in Baseworks movement dynamics

Baseworks Practice is structured into 4 modules with different physical prerequisites and learning objectives. All modules are taught in the same teaching methodology, ensuring a consistent learning experience.
