Contemplative Practice: Dissecting the Process

The analysis of progress in any practice could be considered contemplative in some way. But digging deep is not always so obvious if we only see the practice as a goal-driven experience with predominantly physical benchmarks/outcomes as a measure.

The Baseworks Method has a variety of contemplative components that can be compartmentalized into physical and reflective experiences that either tear-apart and or inform the perceived notion of progress.

There are plenty of testosterone-driven modalities out there that are propagated by visually sensational outcomes. The Baseworks Method digs deeper into what it means to embrace limitations and refine a deeper understanding of the intent toward a deeper Physical Intelligence (PQ).

This VS will focus on the Baseworks Ignition and Assimilation practices to prime and assess the finer qualities of the experience.

This VS will be approximately 30% theory and 70% practice.

What are virtual Sessions?

Virtual Sessions are a “live” educational format offered on the Baseworks Practice Platform.

Whereas the Online Practice Sessions are designed to provide the opportunity to develop your practice through repetition, the Virtual Sessions are designed to provide real-time feedback and insight, which can then be re-applied during the Online Practice Sessions.

The level of interactivity in the Virtual Sessions is dependent on the interest/involvement of the participants and may vary from session to session.

Each virtual session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
