Baseworks: Elements Master Class Tokyo
Dec 15, 2019 - Dec 15, 2019
Baseworks Master Class breaks down the practice concepts that form the core of the method. The details offered in a Master Class can be immediately applied by students into regular classes to support a more informed understanding of how to progress effectively.
Baseworks Master Class is conducted in an interactive workshop style format. It offers great insights on how to cycle between the Baseworks Practice Modules (public classes), also acting as a bridge to progress from one module (class level) to the next.
Elements Master Class explores the practice concepts related to distributed strength, center of gravity transfer and regulation of energy expended during the practice. Students will learn about economizing effort to refine the quality of concentration.
To keep the sessions informative and more personalized, Baseworks Master Class attendance is currently limited to 15 students.
