Satoko Horie, Baseworks Tier 3 Certified Instructor, will be presenting a Baseworks an introductory workshop at Monument in San Fransisco, workspace / gallery / event space / residence for all types of creative people to come together and collaborate both artistically, scientifically and academically. Everyone is welcomed to join, regardless of experience!

Baseworks is a movement approach that helps anyone better feel and understand the body while developing strength, flexibility, and better control over one’s movements.

She is a facilitator on Teacher Trainings, organising courses that integrate contemplative practices and expressive arts, and is the communication portal via interpretation, translation, interviewing and writing about visionaries. She is a BASEWORKS Practice Tier 3 Certified Teacher (BT3).
