Baseworks Practice is structured into 4 modules with different physical prerequisites and learning objectives. All modules are taught in the same teaching methodology, ensuring a consistent learning experience.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Ksenia Asia Shcherbakova

Ksenia Asia Shcherbakova holds a Master of Science in Human Genetics and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology. She joined Baseworks as a science consultant to investigate the neurobiological basis of the method's effects, and has since developed the conceptual frameworks used to describe and teach it. Her research for Baseworks has been presented at international neuroscience conferences, and a parallel line of her work examines how movement, conceptual thought, and linguistic expression function as integrated cognitive processes. She also participates in an ongoing study of the neuroprotective mechanisms of medium-chain triglycerides; her scientific publications appear under her birth name, Ksenia Shcherbakova.
