When we think about achieving a physical goal when it is still an idea, there is a lot of hope. But when we get down to business, the struggles we face to achieve any goal risk the potential of a devastating defeat.

The reality is whatever we learn has immense value. And the compilation of experience pays off in dividends over time, like a good investment.

This VS will cover some of the more refined practice applications that relate to developing a compounded understanding of the movement tasks and how they directly affect sustaining and informing the outcome.

This relates to progress and the ever-present reality of the effect hard work and progress have on longevity, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.

Whereas the Online Practice Sessions are designed to provide the opportunity to develop your practice through repetition, the Virtual Sessions are designed to provide real-time feedback and insight, which can then be re-applied during the Online Practice Sessions.

The level of interactivity in the Virtual Sessions is dependent on the interest/involvement of the participants and may vary from session to session.

Each virtual session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
