We will look into the anatomy and physiology of Baseworks Practice and the corresponding effect of movement on health in general.

This full time immersive training takes place over 8 weeks and 235 hours. Participants will work on a deeper analysis of the practice and how to impart it as a Baseworks certified teacher.
We focuses on the biomechanics of the movement of the body in space from the perspective of how the body movements are controlled by the brain.
We continue looking at greater detail at the topics of Baseworks-relevant Anatomy, Physiology and Movement science.
We will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 120 movement forms from the STRATEGY module syllabus. Participants will put particular focus onto the importance of variations and moderation if intensity to reach optimal and sustainable gains.
2018 Baseworks Tier 2 Certification (BT2) Training TOKYO. This immersive training takes place over 6 months and 380 hours. This Tier 2 Certification training takes the participant to a new level in understanding how the reciprocation between the student and the teacher opens possibilities that extend beyond formal teaching.
Fuji Rock Festival is an annual rock festival, featuring more than 200 Japanese and international musicians, making one of the largest and most prestigious outdoor music events in the world. Baseworks workshops will be held at the “Pyramid Garden” stage area produced by Candle JUNE all 3 days.
We will look into how to effectively present oneself through good communication, composure and body language, in combination with execution of the Baseworks Teaching Methodology in a teaching environment.
We will break down the dynamics and alignment of over 80 movement patterns from the FOUNDATION and ELEMENTS modules syllabus. Participants will also learn to understand perspective in practice across a variety of different archetypical references to movement practice that can be applied to any discipline.
We will look basic biomechanics of movement and how it relates to Baseworks Practice.
